I'd rather say that first trade was closed because that guy lied about new items availability (they are not dropping yet) and didn't want to edit it out after being told about it. But heck, what do I know.
The admin should have closed for "these items don't drop yet". Not for "Troll trade". Sure, he was wrong in stating they dropped, but it in no way looks like a troll trade.
