    The main problem here? Leaving negative reputation is against the rules. This user broke the rules. I fail to see the issue.

    Nothing special , i've got banned for 6h for same reason ... Now i just post in scammers or dumbasses trades with warning and explaination or with screenshoots as proof of my warning. I've posted 1 today in a guy's trade who offered for my unusual and wasted my 3 days by changing his mind few times and keeping me waiting. His excuses was freaking hilarious.
