I don't quite see what's wrong with this. Sure, if someone wants to swap without paying more, he can sell and buy separately, but he can just pay 1 rec for convenience and have it faster.
This is ok. It's a service. You shouldn't expect people to do this for free. What I don't like is when the service is very temporary like a one off. Then you have to wonder who should be getting that rec... the seller or the buyer.
I've seen the same thing except wanting 2 keys for the swap.
